Was one of the most outstanding softball players in EMU history...Turned in an outstanding senior season for the Eagles in 1996 when she batted .412 to lead the Mid-American Conference in hitting by more than 50 points...Also led the MAC in RBI in 1996 with 51 and tied for the league lead with 32 runs scored...Was named MAC Softball Player of the Year in 1996 and was also selected EMU's top female athlete...Completed her four-year EMU career as the school's record holder in five categories: hits (218), RBI (124), batting average (.322), doubles (43) and home runs (19)...Also ranked second in three other career categories: at bats (678), runs scored (96) and triples (14)...Set single-season records for RBI (51), batting average (.412), doubles (17) and home runs (10)...Went on to earn All-American honors three times for a Daly's team in a summer league, including a selection as a first-team All-American in 1998...Currently a volunteer coach for the EMU women's softball team.
